Return Policy
At Canpela, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Therefore, we have established a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Please read the following information carefully to understand how to initiate a return.
Eligible Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to assess and resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for discounted items or gift cards.
Exchange: The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union's 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without providing a reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, informing you whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
